Returns Policy

At Storybud Studio, every piece is carefully created, packaged, and sent with lots of love. I want you to be happy with your order, so please read the returns information below.

Prints & Returns

If you have purchased a print and would like to return it, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • The print must be returned in its original packaging where possible

  • You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item has arrived damaged or there has been an error with your order

Once your return has been received and checked, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Details of the issue

  • Photographs of the item and packaging

I will always do my best to resolve the issue and ensure your artwork reaches you safely.

Original Artwork & Bespoke Pieces

Due to the unique and personal nature of original artwork and bespoke commissions, these pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

Each original artwork is a one-of-a-kind piece. Bespoke commissions are created especially for you made based on your individual requirements. For this reason, they are considered final sale unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Damaged or Incorrect policy then applies.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to help, but once your order has been prepared or shipped, I am unable to make changes or cancellations.

Please Note

Colours may vary slightly between your screen and the final artwork due to differences in monitor settings and lighting.
